Who we are

3DPrintingFarmIT is an additive manufacturing service based in Florence, Italy, active since 2021. We run a fleet of 43 industrial FDM and SLA printers entirely in-house, specialising in small and medium production runs with fast turnaround and dimensional quality control on every batch.

We are a producer, not a one-off prototyping shop: we are at our best on batches of identical parts, from 50 to 1,000 pieces. Send us your files and we take care of production, post-processing and delivery.

Capacity and machines

• 35 FDM systems and 8 SLA systems, managed entirely in-house
• Over 20,000 machine hours available per month
• Batches from 1 to 5,000+ parts, specialised in runs of 50 to 1,000
• Maximum build volume: 360 x 360 x 360 mm
• Multi-material printing up to 5 materials or colours in a single part, with soluble supports for complex geometries and internal channels

Materials

FDM: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, TPU, PA6 and PA12, plus carbon- and glass-fibre reinforced composites.

SLA: standard, high-definition, tough and ABS-like resins, plus castable resins for lost-wax casting.

What we produce and finishing

We produce functional parts and components in small and medium series. In-house post-processing: support removal, sanding, painting, heat-set threaded inserts and assembly.

Lead time: 3-5 working days as standard, 48 hours for rush orders on small batches.

Declared technical parameters

• FDM layer height: 0.1-0.3 mm; SLA: 0.025-0.1 mm
• FDM tolerances: +/-0.3 mm or +/-0.5% of the nominal dimension; SLA: +/-0.15 mm
